Gouverneur K. Warren made his mark on the Battle of Gettysburg by securing Little Round Top before the Confederate Army attacked. Here he is depicted with field glasses in hand as he surveys the ground in front of the hill. The field glasses he used at Gettysburg are on display at the West Point Museum.
