ECW Podcast: The Battle of Bristoe Station

The 160th anniversary of the battle of Bristoe Station is coming up on October 14, and Prince William County’s Bristoe Station Battlefield Heritage Park has a lot going on for the commemoration.

To lead into the event, this episode of the Emerging Civil War Podcast brings together historians Kevin Pawlak and Jeff Hunt for a conversation with host Chris Mackowski about one of the pivotal phases of the “forgotten fall” of 1863. Kevin is the site supervisor at Bristoe Station battlefield, and Jeff is the author of Meade and Lee at Bristoe Station (Savas Beatie, 2019).
