ECW on C-SPAN: Edward Alexander

Edward Alexander explored that turning point of the war during his talk at the Fifth Annual Emerging Civil War Symposium at Stevenson Ridge, and C-SPAN 3 will air that talk this Saturday at 6:00 p.m.
