Saving History Saturday: Park Day 2021 Is Coming
Save the date! American Battlefield Trust’s annual Park Day will be held on April 10, 2021 at historic sites across the nation. It’s an opportunity for volunteers to help clean and maintain battlefields and other sites of historic significance. The activities will be chosen individually at each participating location based on the needs.
If you want to register a historic site for Park Day, that registration will be open until March 26 this year due to the unpredictability of the year and health guidelines for different states. Volunteers stay tuned and get ready to sign up once the sites have been posted!

I’m looking forward to Fort Blakely’s Park Day. It’s April 3rd because their annual reenactment is the following weekend on the 10th. Gonna prepare the field for the blue and gray! This year is predicted to be epic 🙂
