Beard-O-Rama: Week Three’s Final Four Facial Hair
Our Elite Eight is now down to a Final Four following week three’s voting. We had one major upset—a close call that had to go into a tie-breaker to determine the match-up’s best beard.
Here are this week’s whiskered winners:
Monday
Green: “Green’s waves at the temple and neatly groomed longer beard are just more impressive!”
* * *
Tuesday
Porter: “Solid beard. Not showy.”
* * *
Wednesday
Wyndham: “His luxuriant growth is just a bit more carefully groomed and the upward turn of the tips of his mustache seals the deal.”
* * *
Thursday
McLaws: “[H]is full beard seamlessly blends with his curly hair.”
* * *
Monday’s and Tuesday’s winners will face off on Monday; Wednesday’s and Thursday’s winner will face off on Tuesday. We’ll have our Championship on Friday.
Tune in here or on our Facebook page, M-Th at noon, to see the new daily bracket and cast your vote!
I can’t believe that JEB was edged out. Must have been some late mail in ballots.
I still contend that Wyndham’s facial hair is NOT a beard!
Percy Windham. My great great great grandfather’s commanding officer. First New Jersey Volunteer Cavalry. My ancestor, right off the boat from Germany fights in the Battle of Brandy Station, the most American thing anybody in my family’s ever done before he was even an American. That facial hair on Wyndham is pretty bad ass. The man wanted to be recognized. If a sniper singled him out, so be it.
When does the leg hair contest begin?
My question is will Garry make a guest appearance modeling the winning facial hair for us?
How was the tie breaker applied?
