The book reviews. No other source produces as many and varied book reviews on Civil War related topics.
Blog postings are very informative and interesting. Book reviews a close second as those introduce new books in some depth.
The podcasts and the postings are my favorites. I drive long distances and listen to great content on the podcast, but also enjoy the postings by ECW members and guests because they offer interesting knowledge on a variety of topics.

The book series
Book reviews, blog posts, and podcasts are all a favorite of mine-I look forward to each every week!
I just like the variety of things you do. When driving it’s the podcasts. When home it’s the blog post, including reviews. The yearly symposium is on my yearly schedule and it’s great communing with fellow civil war nerds. If I absolutely had to choose, the blog was my entry to your world.
I enjoy all the features, and have listened to every podcast. Forced to choose, however, I select the Blog posts (including the book reviews; but I am biased on that). It is wonderful to have such a wide variety of well-researched and written stories, presented on a daily basis. I especially appreciate the fact that the posts are not simply musings without historical cites, but are backed by real research that can be the source of follow up research by others.
The unusual out of the ordinary stories. Especially human interest stories.
