Symposium Spotlight 2026: Ryan Quint, “With Friends Like These”
Welcome to our spotlight series, highlighting speakers and topics for our upcoming symposium. Over the coming weeks, we will continue previewing of our speaker’s for the 2026 Emerging Civil War Symposium. This week we feature Ryan Quint:
Ryan Quint is a park ranger with the National Park Service. He graduated with a degree in History from the University of Mary Washington. Besides the National Park Service, Ryan has also worked with the George Washington Foundation and Colonial Williamsburg. He lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Ryan is also a member of the Emerging Civil War Speakers Bureau. He has available presentations on the following topics:
