Sam Houston State University in Hunstville, Texas, has launched a new Civil War Consortium, the only major Civil War program west of the Mississippi. Co-directors Dr. Brian Matthew Jordan and Evan Rothera join Emerging Civil War’s Chris Mackowski to discuss the initiative.
