Sacred Trust Live Stream

For those of you who can’t make it to Gettysburg for the Sacred Trust Talks and Book Signings this weekend (at the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center), the trust has a live, interactive stream, to watch all of the speakers. Emerging Civil War’s Phillip S. Greenwalt and Kristopher D. White are speaking and signing books this Friday. Phill will also sign books on Saturday morning as well.

Daniel T. Davis, co-author of Hurricane from the Heavens: The Battle of Cold Harbor; and Bloody Autumn: The Shenandoah Valley Campaign of 1864, will also be signing on Friday and Saturday morning.

I just spoke to Michael at the Trust–he is the tech guy. For those of us who will be traveling over the 4th, there is good news! The talks will be offered on either YouTube or Vimeo after the conference. When I find out more, I will post it here.

Even if you are not planning on attending, check the schedule–the line-up is A+!

I just heard from Michael Ishman, Social Media & Website Marketing Specialist for the Gettysburg Foundation. I quote, “As of right now, it’s looking like we should have the videos up 2-3 weeks after the event.” He promises updates, when available. Of course, I shall pass them on to ECW readers.

Why a three week delay? I do live streaming and archiving on my own network and its usually hours not weeks!
