Gettysburg Campaign Handbook

Keeping with the guide-book series, I have just seen the new Gettysburg Campaign Handbook, by J. David Petruzzi and Steven Stanley.

The book is beautifully laid out. The maps are very well done. This work is on par with Petruzzi and Stanley’s Complete Gettysburg Guide.

I would suggest this new work to those who want to have a handy-book to take battlefielding with them. The maps will make it easy for a novice or an expert to follow individual units into the fray. The first hand accounts help support the work, while allowing the reader to get a better understanding of the battle as a whole.
