Like the rest of the east coast, we’re sweltering under a late-summer heat wave here in central Virginia, complete with heat advisories. So much for the approach of fall! It was such a humid morning yesterday when I went out for my run that you could see the haze in the sunlight.
Meh…it’s been a mild August overall but seems to want to be a Native American Summer.
I just discovered an update to the Weather Channel app that rates each day and by the hour for running. (I use it to target prime working hours and avoid bad air when possible. You may find it useful.
