ECW Weekender: Emancipation Memorial (Revisited)

We’re looking back into the 2019 archives and found this Weekender about the Emancipation Memorial in Washington D.C. 

January 1st marked the 157th anniversary of the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation and if you’re spending a wintry day in D.C., perhaps it would be a great time to visit.
