Fredericksburg Anniversary Programs from NPS – Online and Virtual

Since tomorrow starts the anniversary of the Battle of Fredericksburg and you might want time to see what’s available and plan accordingly…

Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park will be offering their battle anniversary programs online this year. (In-person tours and presentations have been canceled due to Covid-19 concerns and restrictions.)

The good news about this option is that the programming can be followed by anyone with internet! No, it’s not quite the same as being “on the ground” but invite a history buddy or a young person to watch with you and then have a conversation about what you learned from the ranger in your living room.

Details about the daily programs and links to watch on Facebook and YouTube are all available here: https://www.nps.gov/frsp/planyourvisit/remembering-the-battle-of-fredericksburg.htm
