[From the Philadelphia Inquirer.]
“The REGIMENTAL FLAG—We have received the first number of a well edited little newspaper published at Camp Wilkes, near Drummondtown, Va., by the Second Regiment Delaware Volunteers, Capt. J.M. Barr is the editor. From its well filled columns we make the following extracts, &c.”

[From the Wilmington Commonwealth.]

“We are in receipt of two numbers of a spicy little paper, published by the soldiers at Camp Wilkes, Drummondtown, Va., and edited by Capt. J. M. Barr of Company K, Second Delaware Regiment Volunteers, called the Regimental Flag. We wish the Flag and its able editor success.”

[From the Cambridge (Nd.) Herald.]
