Year in Review: 2020 New Members

In 2020, Emerging Civil War welcomed 5 new members! You’ll be hearing and seeing more from them in the new year, so if you missed their welcome posts here’s a chance to get acquainted virtually.

JoAnna M. McDonald joined ECW in the spring of 2020 and shares about her studies in military leadership and strategic command. This series is especially thought-provoking from her 2020 postings: The Civil War and General Jim Mattis

 

Cecily Nelson Zander joined Emerging Civil War in the early summer, bringing in-depth research on the Federal Army before and during the 1860’s. Her favorite post to write and share in 2020 is: The Second Seminole War as a Civil War Training Ground
